Avanta Announces Launch of New Business Centre in Reading
(PRWeb) February 14, 2007 -- Serviced office company Avanta has announced plans to expand its operation by opening its first business centre outside London. Avanta has joined forces with property asset management company, the Asset Factor, to take over the full liabilities of Prudential's lease at Dukesbridge House - a 22,000 sq ft office building in Reading. Avanta and The Asset Factor will operate the building as a serviced office.
The deal, which is the first of a number Avanta (http://www.avanta.co.uk/ ) and The Asset Factor hope to complete on buildings in Prudential's property portfolio, takes responsibilities for the building away from the landlord, but allows Prudential the flexibility to use the space for project work at any time in the future.
Dukesbridge House is a three storey building offering 22,000 sq ft of high quality office space in a prime location, overlooking the River Kennet and adjacent to the Oracle, in the city centre of Reading. Avanta has already begun to fit-out the building, and when opened as a business centre in April this year, it will offer 250 work stations to potential occupiers.
Avanta's managing director, David Alberto, said; 'We were delighted to work with The Asset Factor to extend further our offer to corporate clients such as the Prudential. We are excited by the opportunity of extending our successful business model into the corporate occupancy arena of assisting businesses make better use of their space both in terms of reducing cost and enhancing efficiency of occupancy."
He further stated, "This is another stepping stone in the company's growth. We have enjoyed rapid and consistent expansion in the last two years and this year we expect to announce the opening of more London serviced offices (http://www.avanta.co.uk/ )."
Avanta currently operates seven business centres in prime locations across London, offering highly flexible, unbranded office space, with advanced and competitively priced business technology, tailor made to meet the requirements of the company, whatever shape or size.
The announcement of the new Reading business centre (http://www.avanta.co.uk/page/Serviced-Offices-Reading-Locations ) coincides with the launch of the company's new virtual office service (http://www.avanta.co.uk/virtual-office/virtual-office-london/ ) - Avanta Virtual PA. Designed to offer businesses a complete package of office support but without the actual office space, Virtual PA can deliver a full range of business centre facilities to home workers, business start-ups, professionals on the move, or larger organisations seeking a market presence in London.
Aligned to the launch of the Virtual PA, is the Avanta meeting and training room service (MTR). For companies who wish to hire space for a board away day or brainstorm session, a day's interviewing or seminar and training, Avanta can offer meeting rooms complete with audio and video conferencing. Also part of the Reading Meeting & Training Room (http://www.avanta.co.uk/meeting-rooms ) package will be catering and basic secretarial services, while specialist meeting coordinators are available to take care of the smallest detail.

Business Loans 101 - Commercial Loans
For many small and medium scale companies cash-flow remains a perennial problem and it becomes seemingly difficult to manage operations without sufficient bank balance. For example the situation might become so tight that the company may not afford the employees salary for a month or two.If we look practically it is only for money that majority of people work for and they may have patience to a certain limit to continue working in the same organization if they are not paid salaries. But there is a possibility of good competent resource leaving the company if such situation arise. Business loans thus come here as the Saviour.
